I’m not sure if you guys noticed, but pineapples are everywhere. From home decor to fashion, the tropical fruit is making a statement. I have really love pineapples, not only because they are so cute and fun but because they are a delicious tropical treat! Pineapples are a powerful anti-inflammatory and helps boost digestion. It also is rich in VitaminC, Vitamin B, potassium, dietary fiber and bromelain (an enzyme that helps keep your belly flat). Below are some of my favorite pineapple recipes:
I usually start my day with the Tone It Up Bombshell Spell. Not only is it a delicious way to wake up but it boosts your metabolism and the apple cider balances your pH.
I also LOVE this delicious anit-inflammatory pineapple smoothie. It’s the perfect way to start your morning, it’s super hydrating because of the coconut water.
I’m pretty into gauc as a snack or a side dish and I have yet to try Gimme Some Oven’s Pineapple Guacamole but I have it pinned on my Pinterest and the sweet and spicy combo that is like a dream for my tastebuds.
Last but not least this Pineapple Mojito from Freutcake is the perfect summer cocktail.
