My Propel fam and I just got back from an amazing, fitness filled weekend in Las Vegas at IDEA World BlogFest! I absolutely love being reunited with these lovely ladies and my entire Propel team. I learn so much from them each time I’m with them and I love that we all have such different expertise but what we have in common is a passion and drive for living our best lives and taking good care of our bodies.

Idea World is the ultimate fitness convention filled with all different kinds of workout classes and certification sessions and BlogFest is a section within IDEA specifically designed for fitness bloggers. We learned a ton from important behind the scenes info like SEO and reworking old content. We also got to do an awesome workout with STRONG by Zumba which is sooo fun and modelFIT Sculpt presented by Propel which is an amazing class to tone those hard to get muscles.

Since my blogger babes and I are always looking to get in a quick workout, even when we are traveling we decided to put together a full body workout that only requires a band! How easy is it to throw a band in your suitcase or bag, find an open area and get your workout in? This entire workout will take you about 45 minutes (including warm up and cool down). Below I’m showing you how to get your heart rate up with a cardio burst but after cardio be sure to head to

Jeana at A Sweat Life for arms

Taylor at Taylor Walker Fit for legs

Torrey at Torrey’s Treasures for Abs

Whitney at Live and Diet for Cool down/stretching

Each exercise should be done for one minute.

Side to Side Skiers – Leap from side to side keeping your core engaged for balance.

Split Lunge Jumps – Set yourself up in a lunge and jump off both feet at the same time and stench legs.

Star Jumps – Start in a squat and explode up making a star with your body and land back in the squat.

Plank Jacks – Start in a plank and jump your feet out and in.

These moves will get your body warm and heart rate up! Of course during and after your workout make sure you are keeping hydrated and replenishing those electrolytes with Propel!

Always,

Amber
